Can you apply after a Moroccan licence degree?

Planning a master’s in China for Moroccan students starts with checking your specific qualification. A programme title or another applicant’s experience does not establish your eligibility. Prepare your degree name, awarding institution, course duration, transcripts and the main subjects you completed.

Tsinghua’s current admission instructions require a bachelor’s degree or equivalent for master’s study and refer applicants to departments for language requirements. Chinese or English: assess the language requirements

Choose a language in which you can read academic material, write reports and discuss your work. A certificate is one application item; studying successfully also takes practical language ability. In an English-taught programme, Chinese can still be useful in everyday life.

For each course, record accepted tests, minimum scores, result validity and possible waivers. Taking a few modules in English does not establish that your entire previous degree was English-taught. Obtain confirmation before relying on a medium-of-instruction letter, and check whether the scholarship has an additional language condition.

Do you need a research supervisor?

If your programme requires a supervisor, read about the research group before contacting someone. Briefly introduce your academic background, a specific topic and why the group’s work matches it. Attach relevant documents with clear filenames and use a professional email address.

Your proposal should explain the problem, why it matters, a feasible approach and the expected output. Do not claim publications or experience you cannot substantiate. A focused proposal that you can discuss confidently is stronger than an impressive-sounding project you cannot explain at interview.

Scholarships: separate admission from funding

Compare the CSC, university and local awards actually advertised for your programme. Tsinghua’s 2026 government scholarship guide distinguishes full and partial funding and makes continuation subject to annual review. Read the coverage, duration and renewal conditions of the award you pursue.

In Donghua’s 2026/2027 Type B example, university review comes before scholarship processing, while the final funding decision rests with CSC. Meeting eligibility criteria or receiving pre-admission does not guarantee a scholarship.

• List tuition, accommodation, insurance, living expenses and travel separately.
• Record what is covered, what you must pay and when any allowance starts.
• Check age, nationality and eligible disciplines in the relevant announcement.
• Prepare a realistic alternative if funding is unsuccessful, before committing to non-refundable costs.

When should you prepare for a 2027 start?

Begin with your documents, language preparation and programme shortlist. Tsinghua’s instructions for 2027 entry describe a general September-to-following-February application period, with department-specific deadlines and rounds. This is Tsinghua’s timetable, not a deadline for every Chinese university.

Track the intake announcement, admission deadline, funding deadline, language test and missing documents in one place. Set your own submission target earlier so you have time to correct mistakes. Check the application status after submission: saved draft information is not necessarily a completed application.
